The Maryville Middle School Band consists of over 160 band students in the 7th and 8th grades. The band classes are split between 6 periods, allowing each student to receive 50 minutes of instruction daily. The Maryville Middle School band performs for 1-2 football games, holds a Christmas concert, a Spring concert, and area concert festivals. Students actively participate and succeed in the ETSBO&A junior clinic and solo/ensemble festival.
The Maryville Intermediate School Band program consists of over 240 students in the 5th and 6th grades. These band members participate in daily 45 minute classes that consist of three 5th grade and three 6th grade classes. The 5th grade and 6th grade bands present a fall concert and a spring concert. The 6th grade band members also participate in area concert festivals each spring.
