Now you've had an opportunity to immerse yourself in the 1930s and, hopefully, gained some insight into what life was like during this pivotal decade of United States history. You read all about it, talked with an "expert," and even dressed the part! How do you think things have changed or remained the same?

You've also gained some skills in assimilating information from a variety of sources, determining what is important or not, and then presenting your newfound knowledge in an attractive and productive way--making it accessible through the senses of sight, sound, and touch. We hope you had fun in the process!

Here are images from a previous 1930s Decade Museum --
